In this week’s episode of Teen Mom, Farrah is forced to talk to a counselor about her struggle to maintain a stable relationship with her deceased boyfriend Derek Underwood‘s mother, while still mourning his death. The courts are getting involved and she has no one to confide in!
Farrah enters a counselor’s office to discuss her current situation with Derek’s mother attempting to attain visitation rights to see her granddaughter Sophia. She needs to talk about it with someone, but Farrah says she discuss it with her own mother without causing an argument.
Moreover, Farrah can’t talk with a friend, because she says she doesn’t have any friends! “It’s put a hold on me moving on with my life,” she sorrowfully reveals.
