Does Prince William really smell THAT bad?
After coming off a near-three week tour of North America, Prince William and Duchess Kate have returned to their newly-furnished Kensington Palace in London where guests and visitors will be intoxicated by the abundance of air fresheners and fragrances Kate bought for her new home!

Us Weekly reports that Kate bought $1458 in scented candles and air fresheners designed by Kelly Hoppen to mask the musky scent of their new home. “Kate is used to a more modern, relaxed environment. She felt [Kensington] had an overriding musty, damp smell, and ordered a six-month supply of her favorite products to override this,” a source reveals.

Prince William was glad to see Kate making their new environment more modern. “She’s also thrown pillows around to make it look more minimalist-chic and less fuddy-duddy.”

British designer Kelly Hoppen has been chosen to decorate the couple’s permanent home when they move out of Kensignton in the following years. “She has been actively involved in meetings with William and Kate’s office.”

In the meantime, we hope William and Kate are NEVER at a loss for air fresheners!
