Justin Timberlake talks about loving “In Time” co-star Amanda Seyfried

Justin Timberlake expected to fall in love with his “In Time” co-star Amanda Seyfried.

It was in his contract.

“I have a clause in my contract that says if you put someone as beautiful as Amanda in the movie, I have to fall in love with her,” Timberlake joked with press in Comic-Con over the weekend.

Not that “Time,” directed by Andrew Niccol (“Lord of War”), is a romance. It’s actually a sci-fi thriller that has Seyfried and Timberlake on the lam after his character is accused of murder. But Timberlake brings the heat, and Seyfried reportedly matched him in the love and action department.

“There are a lot of guns, which we both really enjoyed,” Seyfried said at the film’s Comic-Con panel. “We sometimes went shooting after hours.”

And Timberlake says he also had a strange relationship in the film where Olivia Wilde plays his mother … even though the actress is three years younger than he is.

“It was a mind trip for me,” Timberlake said. “Olivia is two or three years younger than me, so to have her playing my mother was definitely a head trip.”
