Kepala Rumah Sakit RS Polri Kramat Jati, Brigjen Budi Siswanto, menjelaskan, radang payudara itu bisa diakibatkan silikon yang digunakan Malinda. "Radang itu bisa disebabkan karena yang bersangkutan menggunakan silikon," kata Budi di Jakarta, Rabu 1 Juni 2011.

Menurut Budi, pemakaian silikon itu seharusnya ada perawatan khusus. Namun, karena Malinda ditahan, dia tidak melakukan perawatan khusus terhadap silikonnya. "Sehingga terjadi peradangan atau implamsi sehingga secara kasat mata terlihat radang itu menyebabkan nyeri dan warna merah pada daerah yang meradang," ujarnya.

Hingga saat ini, lanjut Budi, tim dokter berupaya mengobati radang payudara yang dialami Malinda. Bahkan rumah sakit sudah mempersiapkan tim untuk ambil tindakan operasi. Meski demikian, Budi mengaku belum tahu kapan operasi akan dilakukan.

"Yang pasti kita lakukan pengobatan terlebih dahulu dengan memberikan obat. Kalau nanti belum berhasil, tentunya akan dilakukan tindakan operasi oleh tim dokter bedah pelastik," jelasnya.

Seperti diberitakan, kasus penggelapan yang dilakukan perempuan 47 tahun itu terkuak atas laporan Citibank ke polisi. Malinda lalu ditangkap 23 Maret 2011 di kawasan Jakarta Selatan.

Malinda yang telah bekerja selama 20 tahun di Citibank itu diduga menggelapkan dana Rp1 miliar hingga Rp2 miliar dari masing-masing rekening. Praktik itu diduga telah berlangsung selama tiga tahun. Polisi menjeratnya dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 tahun 2010 tentang Pencucian Uang.

Sejauh ini baru tiga nasabah Citibank yang mengaku uangnya ditilap. Meski demikian, uang yang diduga dibobol Malinda dari tiga nasabah tak tanggung-tanggung, nilainya Rp17 miliar. Polisi yakin masih banyak korban yang lain.

Malinda tak sendirian. Sejumlah rekannya di Citibank ikut terseret aksinya. Tak hanya itu, suami sirinya, Andhika Gumilang, adik kandungnya, Veska, dan iparnya yang berinisial I juga tersangkut kasus penggelapan dan pencucian uang ini.

Malinda juga dijerat dengan pasal pemalsuan dokumen karena diduga memalsukan identitas sang suami siri untuk membuka rekening dan membeli mobil. (eh)
