Something a bit different. We have run quite a few headlines on new signature milkshakes at the world famous Millions of Milkshakes in LA in the past, but as far as I’m aware we have never run a headline on a signature cocktail. Dita Von Teese the Burlesque Queen decided to lend her name to a new cocktail which was launched at the Rosewood Mansion in Turtle Creek in Texas which gives us a good excuse to run a Dita Von Teese article.. This new designer cocktail is called the “Cointreau MargaDita” Bet you’re wondering how to make one. Here’s the recipe.
Cointreau MargaDita
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Monin Rose Syrup
1 pinch Chipotle Spice
Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with floating organic yellow rose petals. For an added kick, add a chipotle and salt rim. It’s a shaken not stirred cocktail!
All it a bit posh and swanky and not one for the local “Dog and Duck” is it, unless your name is Del Boy. What does Dita have to say about this cocktail.
