NASA Prove The Theory Of Relativity Einstein

VIVAnews -gauges of the gravitational property of United States Space Agency, NASA, proving two key assumptions that prompted Albert Einstein in his theory of relativity. This theory was conceived by Einstein in 52 years ago.

The Mission of The Gravity Probe B (GP-B) was launched in 2004 to study the two Einstein's assumptions. First, about the effects of Geodesy, or the curvature of space and time around the gravity. Second, assumptions about frame-dragging, which explains the amount of the structure of space-time due to rotation of a mass of terpilin.

"Imagine Earth as if immersed in objects like honey," said Francis Everitt, researchers Stanford University which is also the main GP-B researchers. "When the earth rotates, honey in the surrounding areas will form a vortex which follow (swirl), so it is with time and space," so the analogy Everitt.

Gravity Probe-B gyroscope uses four (measuring the orientation) with ultra high precision level to measure these two hypotheses of gravity. The tool then confirm both the effect of gravity by directing it to the star called IM Pegasi, to create a precision that is neutral.

If gravity does not have an impact on the space and time gyroscope , GP-B would point to the same direction as the probe were in polar orbit around the Earth. However gyroscopes , has a small but measurable changes of direction of rotation of the Earth's attraction.

"The results of this mission will have a long-term impact on the theory that the physicist," said Bill Danchi, expert antrofisika and observers in the Nasa Headquarters in Washington.

"Any theory that cast doubt on the theory of general relativity Einstein in it will try to find the right measurement results of the GP-B," continued Danchi.

The result was the longest conducted NASA project, which has been involved in the research of gyroscope for relativity since 1963.

Research and experiments conducted over the past decades it has pioneered technology to control the interference that could affect the shuttle, as the attraction of aerodynamic, magnetic fields, and variations of Eve. Furthermore, the mission Tracker gyroscope star and NASA is a great tool with highest precision are designed and produced.
